Activities
• Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on site, ensuring safe, efficient, and
professional execution
• Organize daily workflows, allocate resources, and oversee the proper use of machinery,
materials, and equipment
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, technical standards, occupational safety
rules, and environmental regulations
• Implement quality, safety, and environmental requirements in accordance with company
and legal standards
• Coordinate subcontractors and own production teams to maintain efficient and seamless
workflows
• Monitor work progress, compare results to the construction schedule, and report
deviations to the Site Manager or Technical Team Leader
• Prepare and verify material and quantity requirements for ongoing work
• Support cost control through efficient resource planning and avoidance of errors or
rework
• Contribute to digital site documentation (e.g. daily logs, photos, reports)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly construction site at all times
• Lead, motivate, and instruct skilled workers, construction workers, and apprentices
• Provide hands-on guidance for technical tasks and promote safe behaviour and quality
workmanship
• Act as a role model in safety, quality, teamwork, and respectful conduct
• Promote cooperation, efficiency, and adherence to company procedures
• Collaborate closely with Site Management, Technical Team Leaders, commercial staff,
and subcontractors to support smooth project execution
Requirements
• Completed technical or trade education in the construction field (e.g. apprenticeship,
foreman training, master builder qualification, or equivalent)
• Several years of practical experience on construction sites in a supervisory or advanced
skilled role
• Strong technical understanding and practical problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong organisational skills and experience in leading and coordinating teams
• High commitment to occupational safety, quality, and efficient work practices
• Basic understanding of commercial processes, scheduling, and documentation
requirements
• Reliability, flexibility, and a hands-on, solution-oriented mentality
• Digital literacy and the ability to use site reporting and documentation tools
