Activities
• Independently handle complex technical, commercial, or administrative tasks within the 
specialist area
• Serve as a recognised subject-matter contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Analyse, evaluate, and solve specialised issues with a high level of professional 
judgement
• Prepare expert assessments, reports, calculations, or technical concepts
• Support project managers, teams, and management with professional advice and 
guidance
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and internal governance 
requirements
• Contribute to interdisciplinary cooperation by sharing knowledge across teams and 
departments
• Identify optimisation opportunities and propose improvements to workflows, processes, 
and tools
• Provide on-the-job training, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to Specialists and other 
colleagues
• Participate in the development and implementation of new methods, technologies, and 
innovations

Requirements
• Completed vocational or academic education in a relevant field
• Several years of professional experience in the respective subject area
• Deep professional understanding and ability to independently handle complex tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy, reliability, and professional responsibility
• Ability to communicate expert knowledge clearly to different stakeholders
• Team orientation combined with the ability to work independently
• Willingness to support knowledge development within the team
