Activities:
• Assist Skilled Workers and Foremen in carrying out basic construction, production, or 
installation tasks
• Participate in on-the-job training sessions and learn practical skills defined in the trade 
curriculum
• Support material handling, site preparation, and simple operational workflows
• Operate tools, machines, and equipment under supervision and according to safety 
guidelines
• Learn correct handling, maintenance, and preparation of tools and materials
• Follow work instructions precisely and complete assigned apprentice tasks reliably
• Attend vocational school, complete theoretical coursework, and prepare for examinations
• Document learning progress and participate in training assessments and feedback 
discussions
• Observe experienced workers, ask questions, and gradually take on more complex tasks
• Contribute to maintaining order, cleanliness, and safety in the workplace
• Work cooperatively with site teams and support daily operational needs

Requirements:
• Enrollment in a recognised apprenticeship or vocational training programme in a relevant 
manual trade
• Interest in hands-on, technical, and physical work within the construction or production 
environment
• Willingness to learn new skills step-by-step and follow instructions carefully
• Basic physical fitness, stamina, and readiness to work outdoors or in operational settings
• Reliability, punctuality, and a motivated, hands-on attitude
• Respect for safety rules, protective equipment, tools, and technical machinery
• Ability to work well in a team, communicate clearly, and show a positive workplace 
attitude
• Commitment to completing the apprenticeship and continuously improving skills and 
knowledge
