Activities
• Manage all commercial processes within the branch, including controlling, HR, 
procurement, and accounting
• Oversee budget planning, financial reporting, forecasting, and cost control
• Support the Technical Branch Manager in evaluating project decisions, investments, and 
commercial risks
• Ensure compliance with Group policies as well as all legal, fiscal, and regulatory 
requirements
• Implement governance, compliance, and internal control standards reliably and efficiently
• Lead, mentor, and develop commercial teams and administrative staff
• Foster cooperative and solution-oriented collaboration with technical teams and central 
departments
• Ensure high-quality administrative services and efficient internal processes across the 
branch
• Contribute to continuous improvement of commercial workflows and digitalisation 
initiatives

Requirements
• Completed commercial education, ideally with a degree in business administration, 
finance, or controlling
• Several years of experience in finance, controlling, or commercial management, 
preferably within the construction industry
• Sound knowledge of accounting, contract administration, and cost control principles
• Strong analytical abilities, precision in working methods, and a high degree of 
accountability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and ensure reliable commercial operations in a 
dynamic environment
