Activities:
• Independently handle complex technical, commercial, or administrative tasks within the central specialist area
• Analyse, evaluate, and solve advanced issues using professional expertise and sound judgement
• Prepare expert reports, assessments, calculations, analyses, or conceptual documents
• Advise managers, project teams, and internal stakeholders on specialist questions and strategic decisions
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory frameworks, and governance requirements
• Support interdisciplinary cooperation and facilitate specialist knowledge exchange across units
• Identify optimisation opportunities and propose improvements to processes, tools, structures, or digital workflows
• Contribute to the introduction of new methods, technologies, and innovations in the central organisation
• Provide on-the-job training, guidance, and mentoring for Specialists and junior colleagues
• Document expert findings and communicate complex information clearly and accurately
• Act as a recognised subject-matter contact within central functions and crossdepartmental interfaces
Requirements:
• Completed vocational or academic education in a relevant technical, commercial, or administrative discipline
• Several years of relevant professional experience with demonstrated specialist competence
• Deep understanding of central processes and ability to work independently on complex tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including conceptual and evaluative thinking
• High accuracy, professional responsibility, and reliability in task execution
• Ability to communicate expert knowledge clearly to diverse audiences across the organisation
