Additional Job Description:
Activities
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all ongoing construction projects within the assigned 
business unit
• Lead and coordinate site managers and technical staff to ensure efficient and safe project 
execution
• Ensure achievement of cost, schedule, and quality targets across all projects
• Contribute to bid preparation, tender processes, and project acquisition
• Implement and enforce occupational safety, environmental, and digitalisation standards
• Report project and unit performance to the Technical Branch Manager on a regular basis
• Act as a role model for quality, safety, and economic performance
• Promote technical competence, teamwork, and continuous professional development 
within the unit
• Maintain open communication and a cooperative working relationship with commercial 
counterparts and specialist departments
• Support problem-solving, risk management, and process optimization across projects

Requirements
• Completed technical education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, or Technical 
University)
• Several years of experience in site or project management within the construction 
industry
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects and 
teams
• Solid economic understanding combined with a practical, hands-on working style
• Excellent communication skills, professional integrity, and the ability to collaborate 
effectively across disciplines
• Leadership ability with a focus on team development, safety, and performance
