Activities
•Lead and supervise construction sites and project teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations
•Coordinate staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and equipment on-site
•Ensure full compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and legal requirements
•Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure adherence to schedules and quality targets
•Communicate proactively with clients, authorities, planners, and other project stakeholders
•Guide and develop foremen, skilled workers, and technicians, fostering a culture of professionalism and accountability
•Promote an open safety, reporting, and learning culture on all construction sites
•Collaborate constructively with commercial project management to ensure accurate billing, contract compliance, and economic project success
•Support problem-solving, risk identification, and continuous improvement of site processes

Requirements
•Completed technical education (HTL, master builder exam, University of Applied Sciences, or equivalent)
•Several years of experience in site or project management within the construction industry
•Strong organizational and decision-making skills, resilience, and a high level of commitment
•Technical expertise coupled with a hands-on mentality and strong sense of responsibility
•Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead diverse site teams
•Integrity, reliability, and passion for delivering high-quality construction results
