Commercial Project Manager

Activities:
• Independently handle complex technical, commercial, or administrative tasks within the 
specialist field
• Analyse, evaluate, and solve advanced issues with sound professional judgement
• Prepare expert reports, assessments, calculations, analyses, or technical concepts
• Advise managers, project teams, and internal stakeholders on specialist questions and 
decisions
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, industry regulations, and governance 
requirements
• Support cross-departmental cooperation and facilitate professional knowledge exchange
• Identify optimisation opportunities and propose improvements to processes, tools, or 
methods
• Contribute to the introduction and implementation of new methods, technologies, or 
innovations
• Provide on-the-job training, guidance, and mentoring to Specialists and junior colleagues
• Document specialist findings and ensure high-quality, structured communication of 
results
• Act as a recognised subject-matter contact within the department and related interfaces

Requirements:
• Completed vocational or academic education in a relevant professional discipline
• Several years of relevant experience in the specialist area with proven professional 
competence
• Ability to work independently and confidently on complex and challenging tasks
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
• High level of professional responsibility, accuracy, and reliability
• Ability to communicate expert knowledge clearly to technical and non-technical 
audiences
• Team-oriented mindset combined with the ability to operate autonomously
• Willingness to support knowledge development, coaching, and organisational learning
• Digital competence and openness to innovative tools, technologies, and methods
